Booking & Pricing

Libertas Hideaway can be booked for a minimum of 5 days for up to 8 people. Prices are listed per night without board.

What's Included

  • Exclusive use of Libertas Tuscan Hideaway including its own pool for the duration of the stay (pool open May to September, heatable)
  • Check-in: 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival
  • Check-out: 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure
  • Full set of towels, pool towels and bedsheets. Mid-week towel exchange provided free of charge, if desired
  • Free Wi-Fi internet connection
  • Use of the washer and dryer
  • Use of the sauna
  • Six e-bikes (provided free of charge)
  • Two garage spaces and additional parking spaces in front of the house
  • One baby bed / cot and high chair provided free of charge

Additional Costs

Final cleaning fee: charged separately upon booking.

Tourist tax: By Italian law, tourists are obliged to pay the "Tourist Tax" of €2 per night for each person 12 years or older. This is not included in the rental price and must be paid separately upon check-in.

EV wallbox charging: usage charged separately at cost. Please let us know upon booking if you would like to use the wallbox.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:

  • More than 1 month before arrival: full refund, no cancellation fee.
  • Less than 1 month before arrival: 100% of the total booking value.
  • In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full booked amount applies.

At our discretion, we may issue a partial or full refund if we are able to rebook the villa for the same period.

Amenities

Please note that all amenities provided are an indication only. In case individual amenities should temporarily not be available or working as indicated, this is not a reason to decrease the rent or conditions of booking.

All fitness equipment, games room equipment, and the climbing wall are used entirely at the guests' own risk. Children must be supervised at all times when using any of these facilities.

Services

While the villa comes without services, we can provide contacts and ideas for various services such as a private chef for in-villa meals, private driver for winery and other tours, cooking and pizza baking classes nearby, and more.

Pets

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Libertas Tuscan Hideaway as the owners have an allergy. Thank you for your understanding.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa or on the terraces.
