Yes, it is. The garden is large and private. There are plenty of options for children to play thanks to our sports and activities facilities. We have a small but well curated selection of games, soccer and basket balls for playing, a climbing wall, and a ping pong table and table football. The fitness and games rooms have glass doors that can be closed to keep small children out. A baby cot and high chair are included free of charge. Please note that the pool is not fenced off and has a deep end, so non-swimmers will need supervision. All equipment and facilities are used at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times.

The villa has fast Wi-Fi throughout. Mobile coverage in the Chianti hills varies by network – a local SIM or a portable router can help if you need reliable mobile data for work.

Yes, there is a wallbox for EV charging. Please let us know upon booking if you'd like to use it. Usage is charged separately at cost.
