The best way to book Libertas Tuscan Hideaway is directly – you pay no Airbnb service fee, no Booking.com markup, and you're in direct contact with us from the start. Same villa, same dates, better price.
Every stay includes exclusive use of the villa and private pool, a full set of towels, pool towels and bed linen, free Wi-Fi, use of the washing machine and dryer, six e-bikes, the sauna, two covered garage spaces and additional parking. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge.
A final cleaning fee applies to each stay and is not included in the nightly rate. By Italian law, a tourist tax of €2 per person per night (guests aged 12 and over) is payable locally on arrival.
More than 1 month before arrival: full refund, no cancellation fee.
Less than 1 month before arrival: 100% of the total booking value.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full booked amount applies.
At our discretion, we may issue a partial or full refund if we are able to rebook the villa for the same period.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests and is available year-round. Minimum stay is 5 days. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
Pets are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the villa or on the terraces.
We're happy to arrange extras for your stay – a private chef for selected evenings, wine tastings, transfers from the airport, or recommendations for anything in the region. Just get in touch before or after booking.
